A dozer is one of the most useful pieces of heavy equipment in the excavation and grading industry. Heavy equipment operators need to understand how dozer functions and how to set the blade and other accessories so that equipment works effectively. Operators must also be aware of potential dangers that exist with dozers, know how to conduct daily preventive maintenance on the machine, and practice safety at all times.
